- All orders placed after 10 AM on Tuesday will ship out the following week.
- Before placing an order, please review shipping policy.
- Currently, all orders are shipped and held at the US post office, for live guarantee.
- Tracking number are sent to customers via email.
- If other shipping arrangements are needed, contact us before placing an order.
- It is the customers responsibility to pickup the package at the US Post Office in a timely manner, unless other arrangements were made in advance. "Superworms and Mealworms" are cannibals and if left in cups/bags for an extended amount of time, will inevitably eat each other. We always add extra in each cup to compensate for loss, if you ever have any issues, contact Krystal @ (832) 975-5597.
